Why charge us $70 for half a game?

Why are we being charged $70 for something that is barely even an NHL game. The officials are terrible, for some reason the AI on the opposing team are Harvard graduates while the AI on the user team are dumber than a sack of hammers.  The ratings for teams are WAAAYYYYYY off. Why are the Edmonton Oilers rated as a better team than the LA Kings?  There are so many things wrong with this game, I honestly wonder if the development team have ever even watched a single NHL game.  I'm not even going to get on the fact that most of the game modes are missing, because you should already know how much you screwed up there.  If i'm writing this in the wrong place then I apologize, but I'm not going to wait 80-85 MINUTES to speak with a game advisor.  Wait times this long are completely unacceptable. Get your s**t together EA, i've never had such a terrible experience with any company, in any field, ever.

  • To add to this, while I was playing this poor excuse of a video game, I noticed you guys are such dumbasses the calls don't even line up!

Hands on hips is the signal for a misconduct, not a game misconduct. If you are calling a 5 min. major and a game misconduct for a check from behind (or a check in the shoulder, as they seem to be called in this garbage), you give the signal for what you are calling, the same as with any minor. If you are calling a check from behind, give the signal for check from behind, not a misconduct penalty thats not even being given.

Challenging a player to fight and being turned down is NOT a reason to give an unsportsmanlike penalty. If it was, then the real NHL would just be 3 on 3 hockey because there would be so many unsportsmanlike penalties being dished out. If the challenging player persists when the player being challenged is clearly showing no interest in dropping the gloves, then you may start to consider penalty time.

Boarding is NOT called every time a player is checked into the boards. Boarding is defined in the rulebook as "any check causing a player to be VIOLENTLY thrown into the boards" and if you don't know what "violently" is defined as, then maybe you need to work with some officials to get the call right. Players are allowed to hit, this is the NHL, not PeeWee.

It's in your best interest to actually pay some attention to this, I am a hockey official and I know what I'm talking about.

Clearly nobody on your team knows anything about hockey, so why are you making a video game based on the NHL that is closer to a badly called female game on ice that hasn't been resurfaced in 50 years? Make sure you know what you're doing before you do it.

Speaking of only half a game.
The game won't even let me finish the live the life mode for the game.
It stops on February 26 and won't let me complete.
I have been trying for several days with the same results.

I believe we should be refunded for this game, or they need to fix it now.
