Hey @gold-dolphinn, have you gotten your packs at this point?
I'm am golddolphin on a different account, no i haven't got them yet.

Thank you for the replay and effort in replying to this thread in answering are questions.
As I already have done that and have had my problem addressed after a couple days
my response form ea was this
I have consulted and checked and checked this issue with the technical team and they have informed me that some of our players are also reporting the same issue to us, so this is a temporary issue to us but the good news is that our developers have started burning their midnight oil in resolving the bug.
after you chat with them they will email you with the information needed to provide you the pre order offer

@EA_Barry thanks for your message. I did as you said and they elevated it to a specialist who is supposed to be adding the packs manually. Fingers crossed for me and the others in the same situation
