Why do Canadians think they own Hockey?

Hockey is just pushed here more than anywhere else so the overall skill pool is much wider - Not to say there aren't amazing players elsewhere in the world; there is some outstanding European and Russian talent for example

Do french fries and gravy have anything to do with stick handling skills?

In Sarnia they kept saying to grab some fries under the bridge and your stick skills will rise?

I only play this game because the Canadians are so friendly to game with.
