Why hasn't the Xfactor Landeskog updated to 99 yet?
There now is a set you can trade the 98 X-Factor Landeskog in to get his 99.

His X-Factor item is capped at 98.
Why?
Bergeron, Aho, Carlson, O'reilly, Zibanejad, Barzal, Makar, Headman and Tkachuk all started at 74 overall like Landeskog.
Where was it communicated that he would be capped? We spend 100's of thousands of coins to build them up like the other ones mentioned and with no communication you decide this one will stop short.
