Why I can't accept fight in NHL 16?

After offside I often shoot puck to goalie to get fight and when fight offer appears, I'm pressing triangle button on my PS4 controller to accept it but somehow the fight won't start. What am I doing wrong?

    I can't accept any fights. I'm also on ps4.
