Ok so I for those of you that can't play the game I found a work around. When it shows that the jerseys are looked go over the the jersey set and change the jersey to one that is not locked. This way you can still play the game until EA gets their act together.

This happens every year to the teams that are late in getting their new Home/Away jerseys revealed, and the fix is always the same workaround. Would it be a bad thing if this was stickied somewhere so people wouldn't get bent out of shape about it?

It's unfortunate, but EA's hands are tied. They're contractually bound to not release the jerseys before they're officially unveiled. And since the code unlocks every jersey, that means that they can't even allow us access to the jerseys that have already been released.
I'm actually surprised that the NHL (and the Calgary Flames, in this case) allows EA Sports to have access to this sort of stuff before it's publicly announced. But I guess having licenses, contracts and non-disclosure agreements (which, I assume, include huge penalties for breaching the conditions) is what makes that possible.
