WORLD OF CHEL CHARACTER FEELS DELAYED/NOT FLUID

howcome most of the time when i am playing nhl22 in world of chel ill be on 2 ms one day and it feels good my player movements are fluid i can turn without any issue i can cut sharp ... then 90% of the time the game feels like its broken my player is delayed and not insync i can turn sharp to avoid hits !! feels like my 5'7 160 pound character is 6'3 255 ? 

please help me fix this
