Hey, it has been now 2 weeks that i cant get in to world of chel. Since game was released and when im trying to go gamemode called ”World of Chel” it says error and then there is some kind of errorcode. I have tried to contact ea help chat and they gave me troubleshooting steps but that didnt work. I really hope that you can fix this issue. Im sure that this is my last ever NHL that i buy.
Every time I try to play ones on NHL 19, I see the screen of the three players standing ready to play then when the puck drops it kicks me out of the game. I have played threes online, HUT, and regular online play and they all work fine. I just bought the game and tried playing it I am kind of disappointed that I’m not able to play ones.
Getting an error code when i open up world of chel..
is this a problem on my account or my xbox?
It has been working for me but all the sudden it just stopped working.
Have the same problem, i'll reply to every thread i see about this, bought the game to play world of chel, i can't because it's says failed to retrieve data every single time, i've searched online for solutions, there are none that work! This is ridiculous! I paid for this and now it doesn't work???? FIX THIS!
