World of Chel not accessible

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load Nhl 22 and select World of Chel
What happens when the bug occurs? When World of Chel is selected, i get a loading screen for ~10 seconds, then the game immediately crashes and sends me to the Xbox dashboard
What do you expect to see? A fix that allows me to ply World of Chel
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here World of Chel
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 15:00
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? CallmeKazuto

I’m not sure what could be causing this, but I have friends in an Xbox live prey who aren’t having the same problem I am

    I managed to find a fix for this issue. On Xbox, if you press start on NHL 22 and select manage games and add ons, select Saved Data, then select your gamertag then choose delete everywhere. This will NOT delete your online progress, but it will act as though you’ve never played the game before. Just load up the game as usual, go through the beginning stuff then go to world of chel. It’ll make you create a skater, but you’ll have all your progress back. Unfortunately I don’t play PlayStation so I don’t know the process over there but I’m going to assume it’ll fix it for PlayStation players as well

    Same thing here with PS4. Problem started right away after installing the newest update. Before that couldnt start finding match in CHEL. Ridiculous how EA always manage to make NHL so buggy and impossible to enjoy. Really considering NOT to buy next NHL game before they really start making a change.

    What’s really confusing me now is that I was able to get in to world of chel on another, brand new account. Same Xbox, same IP and everything just a different gamertag so now I’m really confused.

    Was trying to add a video of the crash, but the file type isn’t supported. I doubt they’ll get to it any faster. Just sucks I won’t be able to run any of my league games since there probably won’t even be a fix until next week.

    I can confirm it is WORKING on PS4.

    Go to Settings, Storage, Saved data, NHL22.

    Delete the files.

    Open the game and it will seem that you open the game for the first time but your EASHL progress WILL NOT be deleted.

    What will happen to my local save files if I try this fix?  I don't want to lose my Franchise, Be a Pro, HUT progress or even my custom rosters I put so much time into...  I want to play World of Chel but I don't want to sacrifice everything to do it 😒

    From what I can see it looks like the data for that is lost. I haven’t played a lot of bap or franchise but I did have a file on them Both and it looks like I can’t Los any saves from either game mode
