Wow %5 coins loss

Who got the brainy idea of taking %5 coins of our transactions, Especially that i had to buy them at the full price, cause buying the packs is fair with me, Oh yeah Tyler oshie is real nice to have but when you see one certain player sell 7 or 10 PK Subban or Carey Price cards at ridiculous prices, you end up by searching and buying and trading cards to end up with certain amounts of coins to complete you collections (on top of that the collection bonuses don't come) You finally get a expensive card and want to sell it to get to your desired card and you get %5 coins removal of the price you originally sold it, You can't expect me to sell it %5 more it won't sell and if you want to sell you need to sell at lost of the start cause others are selling the same cards.

You already deceived me by selling us half a game, (concerning NHL 14 to PS4 Nhl 15) i decide to keep it cause i bought in pre-order and the great news came out that you guys didn't have time.....euh excuse wasn't expecting a such great console.....and  make the best of it, refusing to spend more on a console that is not going to be used pretty soon (PS3),

How can you guys make me fell better i am not satisfied, i fell i am being Scammed ( and believe me i am holding back )
