Xbox keeps freezing and turns off

@r3ns0n Hey im not a xbox guy but have you checked the console its self to make sure its not over heating ?

@gruddzy_e2rb9i1 I've had the same problem also. NHL 21 on the Series X seems to be running hotter than it should.

    @KlariskraysNHL If it seems to be running hottter then what you know it might run at temp wise, might kneed to try taking the case of the console and checking its not getting clogged with dust. Consoles are known for collecting dust and nasty bits inside them. Give it a good blow out.
    Or try getting in touch with a technician and explain the problem with them they may be able to help you better then what i can
