Xbox Series X in-game lighting issues

I just received my Series X and just hoped into a practice. I notice that in-game, the lighting loops to dark and then light. Never stops. Recording a clip shows the lighting not having this issue. I...

It's happening in all older EA sports games I'm guessing it's got something to do with Xbox new HDR features

    That's what I think because they all work fine on ps5
