Xbox Series X in-game lighting issues

I just received my Series X and just hoped into a practice. I notice that in-game, the lighting loops to dark and then light. Never stops. Recording a clip shows the lighting not having this issue. I...

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? Do you know what quality of cable you're using? For the new systems, it should be a premium one. Does it also happen if you disable HDR? Have you tried a different HDMI port? I'm on a series X and haven't had this issue yet so it's possible it's related to specific settings or equipment.
