I’m on a wired connection, I’ve done all of that multiple times and nothing works

Did you run that test on a wireless connection? The ping to your router looks like it's wireless.

So I’m having the same issue. I do not
think it’s internet related. Last night me and my buddies tried everything. What’s happening is I get into the game faster than everyone else. I see both teams line up and then right as it’s about to load into the syncing screen is when I get the error. It’s been happening about 75% for me. Doesn’t matter if it’s 3s or 6s public or private games. We’ve tried every server and doesn’t matter. I feel we’re just loading in to fast and it’s kicking us from the game like a lag out. Because we’re not matching the other players. I hope this is fixable. I’ve tried everything and I mean everything. My friends are upset because we are all loosing RP like crazy because it’s dropping us from the games before the puck drops and we’re still losing games. Attached is screen shots of what I’m getting. Also something happens and my guy gets blacked out.

I was getting the same thing and downgraded my Ethernet from a cat6 to cat5e. I’m still lagging out a few times a night mid game (which is what I’m trying to figure out) but it’s at least letting me into games. I feel like the Series X is legit too fast and for whatever reason that may be causing our issues.

You have a couple of concerning ping times, but that is much better than the previous test. Still, one of them is up at 162 ms. That's enough to disconnect. Your second hop also has an average of 72 ms. We can't see the best/worst though so most likely you're getting a high worst ping. Can you try the test one more time? I'd like to see the results of 2 tests with 100 packets sent.

Yea I just resorted to joking up my one x again till this is fixed ☹️. When I’m on my series x My syncing screen starts when everyone else is just loading the players line up screen. I think we are de syncing

We've seen a couple other reports of this and are keeping an eye out for it. Personally, I haven't experienced it yet. If we have some news on this, we'll post an update.

You should try checking your route for a firmware update. Also, see if QoS (Quality of Service) is supported. Make sure UPnP is enabled. You also could try alternate DNS servers with these instructions:
From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If that doesn't work, you could try opening the ports for NHL. They are listed here.
