You lose all your points in Rivals if you don't win a single game in the week.

What happens when the bug occurs? When you play in Rivals, you earn points when you win and also when you lose. You can just lose and earn enough points to reach a gold or diamond ranking. But if you don't win one game in the week, you will lose all your points and not have the reward of your ranking. (Didn't konw before today and it's not written anywhere, message that I received from EA support) Also, if you win a game when the other player quit the game, it will not count like a real win. If the only win that you have, in the week, is this game, where the other people quit, you will not have the reward.
What do you expect to see? By example: you finish gold with 3000 points in ranking of Rivals. After the end of the week, you can go back in the rankings, push «triangle» and see the ranking of last week. You will see that it's now 0 point and bronze ranking instead of gold. You lose all your points.

The bug occurred on January 21, 2020, at the end of the current week in Rivals mode. I had about 2,800 points to amass. At 5:15 pm (EST), I went back to see my ranking of the week (by daring on triangle button in the ranking), I saw that I had 0 points and ranked bronze. I played 7 games this week. Win 1 game and lose 6. One of my worst week but I earn enough point to finish gold in the rankings. The only win I had, I win it without finishing the game. It's was 2-0 for me in the second period, the other people a penality and after that, the game stop.The other people quit the game. I earn 700 Rivals points for the game and 2-0 win. I was able to see the stats of the game and scroll de menu. It clear that I win it and that ins't me who quit or lost the connection. I have contacted someonme from support at EA, by chat. He said i didn't a game this week and he only saw a game who was disconnected. He can't confirm that I win this game. I explaimn him but said to me that nothing can be reversed in the server.

I think it's an error in the programming error.

If the game that the other people quit isn't a win, why I received 700 Rivals points? I receive the numvber of point that I receive normaly when I win and when another player quit the game before the end. The maximum amount of points in Rivals for a lost is 650 points and you need to score 5-6 goals.

Also, it's not my internet connection. I test it by a pro and never had problem before.

I wil not receive the rewards that I supposed to have this week (wednesday January 22th 2020, 17:00 EST)

Bronze rewards instead of gold...
