    Hey @Spidermage750 it's most likely a case that you are seeing pre-authorisation fees.

    The best thing to do for any billing issues is to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

Hey @InfiniteVerve the thread you linked to is in relation to an issue where users were seeing refunds on their accounts.

@EA_Darko there are a few people within that thread who were charged twice (and did not receive games, and other issues of the same kin), which is why I linked that thread. It seems there was a serious issue with payments on Origin lately (and I thought it would help the OP to view all the replies, and incidents on that thread).
