Can't buy sims for rent on origin

Hi guys!

I can't complete the purchase of the for rent pack... ALL payment methods have failed to load. Paypal, creditcard and even Pix (i'm in Brazil)

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

The error message is Error code: 54001.

Any help is appreciated! I just want to play it so bad lol

    Hey there @ttnrdgr 

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in Origin match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    @EA_Solaire I used all payment methods available and still all failed to load.
    I dont see how the billing details would influence since the payment is not being done through the EA wallet or anything like that, and all my previous payments went through fine.

    I dont see a button or e-mail for me to open a request in the link you sent, could you tell me where I should direct this request?

    I have tried all these and I have uninstalled and reinstalled origin but I still can't purchase the game. If I use a card, it brings up the verification but then doesn't go through and says "Page not Found" and if I use Paypal, just an error... I can buy other packs, just not the for rent one. Are there any solutions to this issue. It is obviously not with my account since others are having the same issue
