    Hey @Cheksa I followed these steps below and was able to create a case with our live support just there.

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    Can you try a different browser to see if you can create a case with out team?

Thx! I just tried with Edge and it did go through. Surprisingly Chrome was the culprit.

    Same problem. Chat window does not pop up on both browsers: Chrome and Edge...

      Make sure to allow popups in your browser.

      Hey @zmogas11 if it is not popping up then can you disable all extensions and if you continue to see the issue try a different browser.
