Hi all. I have a issue with origin client. As I said games downloaded from Origin won't install if it has origin's own installer. I did everything in this thread: http://help.ea.com/en/article/my-game-downloaded-through-origin-but-will-not-install/ but it won't help. I noticed this issue for the first time I downloaded TS2 Ultimate Collection. I thought the problem is with the game but after I had this issue again with TS4 CAS demo, I understand the problem is with Origin. I downloaded the Origin client again but it won't help. Thanks for helping 🙂

Thanks for answering. I don't know how it effected that but after I change my Windows' language to its original language, I succesfully installed my games. Sorry for taking your time and thanks again 🙂

@Rsandaa Hi,

Are you experiencing an error message, when you click on "Download"? Normally, the game should download and then start installing right away from alone.

If that isn't working, the issue is usually with missing administrator rights or UAC being turned off, but you stated that you already followed the advice in the link that you provided, so I am guessing that it won't be that.

One more thing that you could try is a Clean Boot: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Additionally, check that you have no anti virus or security software set up in a way that it would block Origin or the game installers: http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

I'm having the same issue and changing the language didn't work is there another way to fix this?

Hi, I had to reinstal fifa World but now when i Instal FIFA WORLD I have to install it over and over again and I cant play,

I am having the same issue... I just purchased "The Witcher" and I get this error: The game installer cache directory is invalid. Please select a different directory.
I tried changing locations of the installer with no success. So I then tried to install and old game to see if I got the same error and I did not.
What do I need to do to correct this? If I cant play it then I want my $$ back.....

I'm having the same problem as well, it would get to a random percentage and then just stop. It says that it installed but when i try to launch it, it says that I still have to install it. I have been installing it over and over again. Is there any solution?

It's me again, for starwars battlefront it gets to the percentage where i can start playing but it just stops, says it's completed but when i want to start it. it's telling to install it again but when i try to install it again it won't start, any advice
