Ive been trying to get in contact with ea for about 4 days now and all the times i was on the contact us site where it said it would give me an automated call or live chat window either bot bot found some unkown "error" or the live chat window never loaded. can i talk to a person please?
Every time I try to reach out to EA help I simply get no response, I'm not sure whether they read the messages on twitter, facebook or even here...
Out of curiosity what was the issue you're dealing with?

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support on help.ea.com:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Yea every time i try it says auth bot found an error but wont say what and the live chat window never shows up

Hello I sent an email to you guys and I haven't heard nothing but I also got disconnected from a chat hence why I had to email u guys because there was no chat option on your website. Please can someone please respond to my email I would appreciate it
