EA Support Not Responding
What's the deal with EA support? Have had a case open with them for almost a week now and haven't had a single form of contact from anyone. Does anyone have any idea as to how to properly get in contact with support? Going through the contact us prompts only leads me to opening a case with no ability for live chat or anything of the sort.
Any help would be great

It looks like you pulled your case out of the queue by updating it. You'll either need to contact support to have them put it in the right queue again or submit another dispute. If you submit another dispute, make sure you don't touch the case so that Terms of Service can perform their investigation. If you need an update, open a new case or contact an advisor through Twitter (@eahelp) or Facebook. (facebook.com/eahelphub).
