Erreur : 196623:0
Hello,
I'm trying to install Apex Legend Standard version, but I'm having this error message at repetition : Erreur 196623:0.
If I wait a little sometime I can restart to download the game. But it's unsure that I will succeed to install the whole game.
I don't understand where the problem come from. I have read multiple topics on EA forums with the same problems. I did all the steps proposed to fix it.
In the end, I reinitialised my computer (my operating system is window 10) and the problem occure again. I'm trying to use my portable as wifi hotspot to see if its better but i still need help.
I hope my problem have a simple solution.

Edit : I also change my DNS rooter with the public free one proposed by Google and my rooter is using IPV4 protocol. I read about this on some topics but I don't really understand what is it.
Hey @chichois159, will paste my posts form that thread @M7DJI linked here: that error would point to something on your system blocking Origin, the best thing to do is take a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:
- Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
- Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
- Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
- Reset Internet Explorer Settings
- Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
- Clear Origin Cache Data
- Reset the Windows Host File
- Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
- If still unresolved, please do a clean boot
