Maybe your profile have/has restricted "access to content", I mean it was/is a underage account (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/how-do-i-set-up-an-origin-account-for-my-child/) and upgraded or “age up” your account to an adult account .
Is there a chance it was that way?🤔
