Hi @SawItComin A clean installation of Windows is the best way to get rid of this error...i think 🤔
A clean installation refers to removing all hard disk data by partitioning and reformatting it, then reinstalling the operating system and programs to an empty (clean) hard disk or ssd.

One thing that I can note right now is that the issue is specific to certain regions in Asia, this could mean that the issue is related to your internet provider - it could prove useful to reach out there to see if they can provide any further information in the meantime.

Performed clean boot, cleared traces of Origin from the hidden folders, updated my OS, tried safe mode and running Origin as administrator. yes still have this issue.
only two work around i found
1. use VPN but slow download
2. loan any origin friend account to download game and after that log in back to my account. Full speed.
so if BF1 have update i need to ask my friend let me log in his account. yeah i have friend who trust me,
But if you have games that your friend doesn't have, it wouldn't work tho ☹️
I'm also having this problem. Safe mode downloading is just too slow at 40-50 kb/sec. It'll take ages to download the BF1 and Titanfall 2 digital deluxe bundle I've recently bought. Download size for both games is 90-100GB. Kindly provide a solution asap.
