FIFA21 LOYALTY STANDARD EDITION - FUT NOT CONNECTING

I bought FIFA 21 Loyalty Standard Edition and I am not able to access the FUT. I have attached a screenshot of the error dialogue box. Looking forward to playing FUT ASAP. Also, the game is not worki...

    Hey all, for this issue you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hey @Fbros007 it looks like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Let me know how you get on and if you want to share your UO Trace then I'm happy to take a look at how your data is being routed.

@EA_Darko I have the same problem also my connection is perfect and other modes running ..I already played in seasons mode but the problem in FUT mode only !!

    @FADHEL525i iam brazilian and we are having same problem with the fifa 21, just FUT is not working. I think its a problem with loyalty edition on PC

      @JaoAlbuquerque1 yes my edition is loyalty .. but no respond from EA members !!! is the problem will fixed or not !!

        @FADHEL525ithey just think that have a connection problem. its same with brazilians EA members. I like a lot the game but im trying the
        reimbursement

    I have the exact same issue, the loyalty pack has some problem.
