Help! Need refund for game that EA charged me twice for

So I just bought the sims 4 expansion pack cottage living and I looked In my order history and it says there’s two separate transactions for it both for 40$. How do I get my money back?

    Hey @FaithAtCatWorld,

    Are you seeing two separate and finalized charges in your bank statement as well? 

    In some cases this may be showing a pre-authorization and then the actual charge. Those pre-authorizations should drop off and only leave you with the one charge if that's the case.

    If you are still seeing two finalized charges, please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over this for you.

    If one of those is a pending authorization, it may drop off on its own within about 72 hours, depending on the card company or bank.

    If you are seeing two completely finalized charges, please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over this for you.
