Helper Tool

I bought Sims$ for my MacBook Air and it made my download origin. Now when I try to open it It just tells me I need to install a "helper tool" with my password or it won't open. I am putting my password in correct and confirmed that when I reached out to EA support. They did absolutely nothing at all and told me 1) its all my fault and 2) try again after 90 minutes. Its been a week. Now I'm completely locked out from even logging into origin online. Now I'm out the money from the game, but I don't want a refund I just want to play! Someone please help!

    @mayaleighhhh  You need to input the username and password for your computer, not for your Origin account.  The helper tool is requesting permission from the system to install, and the system is asking the admin, i.e. you, whether to grant it.
