How Do I "Call EA Help"

I've been trying to figure out how to get unbanned after a hacker used my account to cheat, but every attempt I've made has failed. I've tried going through the support for a banned account as well a...

    This is not something live chat can fix, so email and call should really be the only options to create a case.

    It might also depend on the time of day or region and a few other things that determine what contact options are available.

    You're best contacting the ToS team for your banned account using the following process:

    To contact the ToS Team use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option

    I did just test it and the process above should give you at least an email option and once complete will create a case for investigation, so be sure to provide as much info about the hack etc as possible.

    If you're still having trouble with the above process let us know.
