ID contains a prohibited word or character

Hi all,

I've been trying to change my username on EA Origin, but I keep getting a "prohibited word or character" error. The name I'm trying to choose is EauBeeOne (tried EauBeeOneFR as a variant). Why does it say it is prohibited? I'm only using the A-Za-z characters, no special characters.

    Hey @neauneauz if the user name is not being accepted then you will need to use another one.


    The best thing to do is to try a variation on the name you want.

    Hi @EA_Darko, I've been trying variants but nothing seems to go through. Is there any guidance as to why this username is being rejected?

    Hey @neauneauz we would not be able to discuss why a name is accepted or not.


    You will need to keep trying till you find one that is accepted.
