Impossible to unlink xbox account with FIFA20 data?
The only way to unlink gamertags etc is via an EA adviser, if they say no then there is not a great deal you can do other than keep trying.
One thing you could try is to have FIFA 20 transferred to another EA account and then see if you're able to unlink the gamertag.

Just be aware that you will lose all stats and progress for any games you want transferring.
