I managed to get it to download through the EA app. What I did was I repaired everything, then did a repurchase, what probably happened was your card didn't go through properly. The hotfix to this is buying it online, then downloading it through the EA app. If you are using origin still, the same thing can be done. It just takes a bit of problem solving and patience.
