@EA_Darko I had the same issue, but my error code was "Invalid license. Reason code=Missing DLL:[d3dx9_31.dll] Error:0x7E." I tried downloading the driver you listed above but it did not work.

4 years agoHey @indytim33 if installing that file did not help then I'd recommend doing a clean install of the game and ensuring that your system drivers are all up to date.

- 4 years ago@EA_Darko Okay, have no idea what drivers I'm looking for, LOL. This was a brand new clean install of the game, FYI.

Hey @indytim33 the error that you are seeing is that you are missing a needed file so
can you try installing the most up to date version of VC++ to see if it helps.
You can find the latest version on the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
You need to install both of the following:
- vcredist_x86_vs2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
- vcredist_x64_vs2015 (for 64bit Windows version)
If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).
