Community ManagerHey @indytim33 if installing that file did not help then I'd recommend doing a clean install of the game and ensuring that your system drivers are all up to date.

Community ManagerHey @indytim33 the error that you are seeing is that you are missing a needed file so
can you try installing the most up to date version of VC++ to see if it helps.

You need to install both of the following:
If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).

Community ManagerHey @indytim33 I'm not sure why it's not working, the error is related to missing drivers so it's worth doing a clean install of your GPU and other drivers.
