Issues with Origin nickname change

Dear Origin Technical Support, I'm playing Apex Legends via Steam version of game and due to this my ingame nickname comes from steam. But since I'm playing Apex legends ALGS tournaments and by it...

    Hi @sanichkaua, 

    If the Origin ID is already in use, I'm afraid we don't have a way of releasing it. The system is set up so that an ID can only be used on one EA Account at a time.

Please advise is there any news regarding possibility to add user directly in my friend list or any assist with contacting user by other way(email in PM etc).
