If the Origin ID is already in use, I'm afraid we don't have a way of releasing it. The system is set up so that an ID can only be used on one EA Account at a time.

Community ManagerHey @sanichkaua when replying to a CM it is always best to tag them by hitting the @ and then selecting or entering the name of the user you wish to speak with.
In relation to your situation, it would not be possible for us to contact the user for you or add them to your friend's list.
If the name you want to use is already in use then you will need to use a different name.

Noted. It's unfortunete that user ID system isn't managed by EA. I'll accept this situation, but what if someone will create bots and "use" hunderd thousand or even more nicknames on fresh accounts.
Anyway have a good day, hope there will be improvment in tournament rules or in ID system one day.

Community ManagerHey @sanichkaua on Origin we do manage all usernames but if a name has been taken then you will need to use a different one.
If a user has set it so that they cannot be contacted by other users then this is not something that we can change.
