Just bought Sims 4 but I can't link my accounts to play.
I just bought the Sims 4 yesterday and when I tried to play it, I had to link my Origin account. No problem, just type in my information, but then when I pressed enter it said, "We cannot complete this action at the time." So I tried later, still didn't work tried it again and again, 5 times yesterday. Never worked it kept saying, "We cannot complete this action at the time." So today I tried it but it said the same exact thing. I went on here to see if anyone had the same problem and I ended up asking a question of my own. Can someone pls help me with what to do!

This could indicate an issue with the login information for the account, or that this particular account is already linked elsewhere.
Please try resetting your account password to see if that changes anything for you.
