Good evening,
I tried to download the free packs from the sims, my order number is F2305160149477920, I tried to link my EA account however, the app will not allow me to do so.
I then tried to follow the instructions on the website: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-ea-and-epic-games/#:~:text=Sign%20in%20to%20your%20Epic,create%20a%20new%20EA%20Account.
But it did not work.
I contact both customer support teams and no one is able to help me or refund my purchase. I would like to take advantage of the packs, but seems no one will help.

Community ManagerHey @kesha_davis for issues like this you will need to speak with Epic support.

- @EA_Darko I did the same thing as #12, but support said they can do nothing about it.
