My friend on origin plays Battlefield 1942 via Origin ... But when I search for Battlefield 1942 It does not show, so I am unable to install and play ... Hope you can help
@maccymelonBF1942 was given away via Origin some years ago when they had a monthly giveaway. I managed to get the giveaway, but you can't get the expansions The Road to Rome and Secret Weapons of WWII.
I've tried adding the two addon folders from my original disks by installing the game, then transferring the two folders related to the two expansions into the BF1942 mod folder. I can access them, but can't play them via Origin. Sad as one of my favourite BF1942 maps called Eagles Nest is on Secret Weapons of WWII. The original disks won't work when installed only the base game via Origin. ☹️

@EA_DarkoSorry, I was answering what I though were questions or responding to different community members. All were posted at different times over a period (can't remember exactly how long) I'm full of opiate med's due to a serious RTA and tend to be very focused on one thing at a time. Should I have combined all the posts into one comment? Again, sorry if I've broken any rules, that wasn't my intention.
