    Hi @7ozn2dpicfmm I would recommend contacting our support team to look into this further for you, If you don't have any games, subscriptions and a different Persona this would indicate a different account. You may want to verify your signing in with the correct account information and not an older one.

@MnkyBtsAttila To confirm are you missing progress or what happens when you try to sign in to your account or launch FIFA 22?

    When I log in, I log in to an empty account. I don't have a subscription to games and my friends list.
    My name is completely different (7ozn2dpicfmm)
    And my original name was MnkyBtsAttila
    He asks me to pay and buy the game.
    What can I do to get my subscription and games back.
