My email associated with my EA account doesn’t exist anymore.

The email I used so many years ago to create my EA account that is associated with my Xbox account doesn’t exist anymore. I’m assuming they disabled it because I haven’t used it in years. I cant remember the password to my EA account so I have no way of resetting it. Right now, i’m using a different EA account that’s associated with my younger brothers Xbox account. I’ve been playing Apex Legends since they launched the game last year. Suddenly, last friday (8/7/20) I spent $20 for apex coins and noticed they didn’t go into my account like usual after purchasing so i restarted my game. Upon loading in, it keeps telling me my “Account is invalid”. I have been fighting with EA customer support for over a week now trying to recover my account and they aren’t helping me at all. I don’t want to have to start over in the game. I’ve worked very hard and spent over $200 just on this game. This is very frustrating and it’s literally preventing me from playing my favorite game altogether. Somebody who actually has a brain, please help me..

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

  • I’ve been doing that for the past week. Literally fighting with you guys to recover my account. But apparently nothing I provide to you guys is enough. This is ridiculous. I’m tired of hearing the same thing over and over.... the account is literally connected to MY Xbox account, what more do you even need? The worst customer service i’ve ever had to deal with before.

    Sorry to say @AutumnSimsLovver but if the info you provided to the team is not enough to verify ownership then our team will be unable to make any changes or allow you access to the account.

    I'm locking this thread as there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this and the best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.

    It’s absolutely the worst. I’ve had the same issue and was fighting with them sending them email after email apparently they want information I physically can’t get from the account anymore. It sucks a lot
