My origin gift card isn't working..

Hi, I recently bought a 30€ origin gift card, I followed all the steps on the back of the card, but my code was no longer active.

What should I do? My account is based in France, where I also bought the gift card.

    @Kaeya_Vision 

    If the code on your gift card is invalid, you'll need to contact the retailer directly where you purchased this card so they can process a refund or replacement code for you.

    It does this or it says that my code is not valid anymore.

    @EA_Solaire I asked them and they told me that they couldn't since I scratched the back of the card and that I should contact EA / Origin
