Need customer support to removed hackers emails from my gamertag
Hello,
Back in 2010, I had my Xbox gamer tag account hacked by some scrub trying to run a scam with that years current FIFA. At the time, Microsoft closed my account and refunded the stolen funds.
Cut to last weekend. I was trying to take advantage of EAs free weekend with Sims 4 on Xbox one. I try to play the game, and when it comes to the part where the game asks for an EA account, an email I’ve never seen before is registered under my gamer tag. I go to ea.com, and after logging in with my Xbox credentials, I am unable to unlink this false email from my account.
So, now with Phone support down and leading me around in circles, and chat support always off, I have to ask how can I get a hold of someone from EA support to help me solve this problem. Any help is appreciated.
