[PLEASE ANSWER] Can't delete a Payment Method from my Origin Account.
Hello everyone. Recently I've found that yesterday a FIFA 15 digital copy was charged from my origin account. I did not buy it, neither my brother nor anyone, my friends do not know my account info....
This is a player helping player forum and there are no game advisors here to issue refunds and your fellow gamers cannot help you with issues like this. That said, unlike Steam, you cannot delete a credit card from Origin. The best thing to do is 1. Contact a game advisor ( https://help.ea.com ) and speak with someone about it so they can assist you. 2. Contact your credit card company and tell them and have them issue you a new card so the old one can no longer be used. 3. Set up 2 factor verification so that you make it harder for others to steal your account. Personally, this is why I only use Origin game cards to purchase things off of Origin. You can buy those at places that sell games.
