Problemi accesso

hi, I had to create a new account in order to fix a problem on my original account [edit: email address removed] (id psn kingale84 ). WHEN i log in I receive credenzial expired...if I tre to change password I do not receive any mail (neither in spam). I OPENED some request to have help from an advisory but wverything they are Telling me is to log in and chat (but clearly) I cannot log in... 

Now I received a code to check my mail...saying that I will be contacted from an advisory....but no way ...

This problem is from saturday...after 4 days no way to get it fixed. Is there anybody who can help me? Is tehre a number to be called (in the past there was an italian number and I gol same problem fixed in a minute )

    Unfortunately we don't have the ability to help with account issues here on Answers HQ. At the moment our phone support is also unavailable. We had to make some changes to our support options due to the current global situation, and part of that was disabling phone support. For more information on these changes check out the following thread:

    You should still be able to speak with the EA Help team over live chat. You should also be able to set up a case on the website without the need to log into your account as well. When you create your case try selecting "Manage My Account" as the topic, then select "Can't Log In" as the issue. This should let you set up a case with the team without actually signing into an account. 

    If you'd like you can also speak with the EA Help team through Twitter or Facebook as well. The team who works on those channels can also help out with account-related issues.
