@EA_Darko Please just think about this situation a bit instead of blindly following your company's policy on fraud and security. The purpose of my request is solely to link my PSN account correctly. I can prove ownership of the PSN account and offered to verify my information via the PS messaging system. What's the consequence of unlinking a PSN account from an existing EA account? If this was truly fraud, the account owner would simply readd the PSN account and we're back to the same situation we are in today. If I can add the PSN account to a new EA account myself, then I have proven I own the PSN account (because I authenticated with Sony) and am authorised to perform that action. If all else fails, there's a clear papertrail to reverse any actions that were made and ban offending accounts.
The main reason to actually start using my EA account was to purchase more games and track my progress. If I can't do this, it's unlikely I will spend more money with EA. The policy on fraud verificatoin is literally costing your company revenue.
