    Hey @alaawork for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

ooh .. and i tried chat right now .. it won't display right .. i used mozilla firefox and microsoft edge and still the chat won't display right .. is there any other mean of connection like a direct e-mail or a way for me to display the chat screen right .. many thanks in advance

Hey @alaawork if chat is not working then you should see the option to email the team. 


What are you seeing when you open the page and create a case?

    Hey .. i have done it a couple of days ago .. it was my browser .. i disabled popup block and ad block and i chatted live with the support .. they gave me alot of steps to follow in order to solve my problem .. such as deleting origin the easy and the hard way .. and they even re emailed the confirmation e-mail so that i may find the activation key .

    The confirmation e-mail really had my purchases but no activation keys for any of the titles. So the problem wasn't solved .

    So my question here is there any deadline for the customer service to solve my problem because all i am getting so far are e-mails of surveying??

        I purchased 7 games from origin in one order ( order #: 1003597065756 ) and requested refund in 3 games of them
        assassin's creed odyssey ultimate edition
        Titanfall 2: ultimate edition
        assassin's creed syndicate season pass
        assassin's creed origins gold edition /refunded
        Titanfall deluxe edition /refunded
        watch_dogs
        dragon age : origins-ultimate edition /refunded
        I connected my origin account to Ubisoft account and they worked just fine for around a week .
        now all the games in this ( order #: 1003597065756 ) are not working as if I have refunded them all
        whenever I browse to even Titanfall 2: ultimate edition on origin I get nothing but ( buy now)
        I have tried everything starting from removing origin client the easy and the hard way to calling live support
        who couldn't help me so far , aside from their survey e-mails for more than a week .
        by the way I didn't get the activation code for any of those games neither in the confirmation e-mail
        nor in my origin account even when live support resent me the confirmation e-mail there was no activation codes
