Yes, your friends and any other users can see your Origin profile if they will enter your name in the search bar in Origin or open your profile via friends list. Check your privacy settings to make sure your profile is not hidden: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/privacy/index
Sorry, but your friends won't see how many hours you played the games. They can see, your games, achievements, your friends.
