Re: Changing a Date of Birth on a Child Account

That was one of the most painful customer experiences I have ever had.

To anyone reading this who is thinking of setting up a child account, DON'T DO IT.  Either let your kids play on your account or lie about their age when you set up their accounts.  Once a child account is set up, EA doesn't allow the parents any control over the account or the content.

I just discovered this BS myself. I reviewed the support negatively and told them I'll choose to purchase games from publishers who allow *me* to parent my child from now on.

I'm not even interested in allowing him to play online with other people - just myself and other members of our family that are on XBL. I have multiple consoles in my home and don't want to have to play split-screen with him but EA thinks they know what's best so I'll stick to other publishers from now on.
