I didn't mention before that all the other games I possess on origin which i don't have installed are available to download, it's only fifa 21 which is not available. Can be the reason that i purchased the key outside of origin?

It's really getting frustrating now.

@EA_Darko  I checked now if it's really only me who has this issue with fifa 21 cause i doubted that.

Hey @mms-a3510 if this were an issue with Origin we would be seeing dozens if not hundreds and thousands of posts about this.

That we are not would mean that the issue is most likely system relate. Did you receive multiple codes or just a single one?

@EA_Darko  Let me tell you that you will see many more reports about that cause all the keysellers like instant gaming or Amazon are going to start sending out the keys now. It was the same story in Fifa 18 and 19. It's interesting that a paying customer like me knows that from the past but you don't.

I received one base game code and one for the pre order.

The live chat will tell me the same like you did. Empty cache and then the common troubleshootings which didn't help and won't help, they also didn't help with the exact same problem in recent Fifas.

Hey @mms-a3510 while it can happen that issues pop up from time to time the fact that we are not seeing many reports of this would mean that the issue is most likely system-related. Bear in mind that thousands if not hundreds of thousands of users have already redeemed the codes they purchased from online retailers over the past week or so. 

I actually spoke with a friend of mine over lunch who has purchased the game from an online retailer today, he got his code and has already downloaded the game. Did you ensure that you entered both codes in Origin?

@EA_Darko Hey, the chat support told me to reinstall origin. Of course it did not work. So I contacted Instant gaming the site where I bought the key and they told me that preload is only available for EA access members. Is that true?
