@Im_Palm_Tree Are you seeing the 10MB speed when downloading a game through Origin? 

I would recommend trying the follow:

• Allow Origin through any anti-virus/firewall. 
• Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Verify another program is not alow downloading/updating
• Run Origin as an administrator (by right-clicking desktop icons and selecting 'run as admin")
